RFID SYSTEM
General:
Company KOMPLEX focuses on Development and production of Radio Frequency Identification Systems assigned mainly for marking of buried devices. This system represents effective way of tracing buried devices such are:
- electrical cables
- announcing cables
- water pipelines
- gas pipelines
- waste water pipelines
Nowadays RFID system consists of two devices:
MARKER AND MARKERLOCATOR MLxx
Marker is an electric equipment assigned for permanent marking of selected point under the earth. Marking of device means to bury the marker under the earth. Marking can be performed both during construction or additionally.
Long Marker it’s a news between analog markers. The parameters and principle of usage is similar like in case of Marker 2500. The main difference is in localization range. New construction allowed to increase the localization range of Long marker. Thanks to it can Long marker be used in much more bigger depths than Marker 2500.
Markerlocator is a portable device designed for localisation and identification of marker.
Principle of operation:
Marker is a passive electric circuit of a known frequency which has been set in production. Marker is differen-tiated by this frequency for individual types of device. During the process of marker localisation and identification, markerlocator generates energy to which the marker sends a response. According to this response we are able to find and identify the marker.Advantages of RFID system:
- high reliability of marker localisation and identification
- high resistance of marker against climatic and soil condition
- simple installation
- system does not disturb terrain - possibility of futher usage of terrain for other purpose
- by markers it is possible to mark
the whole trace or just selected
points such are:
- branching - off point, closure, crosspoints with other devices, points of possible device distortion, points of possible future terrain forming, joints etc.
